主客观证据融合视角下平凡与非凡自然对青年注意恢复、情绪反应与行为意愿的影响差异

摘要:

在高密度建成环境与高压力社会情境下,青年群体对有效的身心恢复资源呈现愈发迫切的需求。基于虚拟现实技术选取地形、天象、水域、植物与特殊空间5类自然场景,构建7组平凡自然与非凡自然配对,采用注意恢复、情绪反应与行为意愿三类量表对不同配对的影响差异进行主观评估,同时辅以脑电指标(Alpha值与Beta H/Beta L比值)进行客观测量。结果显示:(1)与平凡自然相比,非凡自然在主观心理层面普遍占优势,具体表现为更明显的注意集中、更积极的情绪刺激及更强烈的行为引导;(2)脑电结果显示,非凡自然诱发更高的Alpha值与更低的Beta H/Beta L值,从客观生理层面进一步佐证其具有明显的压力缓解作用。旨在为面向青年群体的沉浸式干预模式制定与城市自然空间更新提供新的理论依据与实践路径。

Abstract:

In high-density built environments and high-stress social contexts, there is an increasingly urgent demand for effective resources for physical and mental recovery among the youth. Using virtual reality technology, five types of natural scenes-terrain, celestial phenomena, water bodies, plants, and special spaces-were selected to construct seven pairs of ordinary and extraordinary nature scenarios. The impacts of these pairings were subjectively evaluated using three scales: attention restoration, emotional response, and behavioral intention. Objective measurements were also taken through EEG indicators(Alpha values and the Beta H/Beta L ratio). ■e results indicate that:(1) compared to ordinary nature, extraordinary nature presents significant advantages in the subjective psychological domain, specifically manifesting as enhanced attentional focus, more positive emotional stimulation, and stronger behavioral guidance;(2) EEG results reveal that extraordinary nature induces higher Alpha values and lower Beta H/Beta L ratios, further corroborating its significant stress-relief effects from a physiological perspective. This study aims to provide new theoretical foundations and practical approaches for the development of immersive intervention models targeting youth and the renewal of urban natural spaces.
