本文系统论述美国社区规划模式从邻里单位向新城市主义社区转变的历史过程,并揭示了二者在规划理念、布局模式上的主要区别。
Abstract：With background knowledge of the evolution of community planning in USA,the author analyses the evolution of community planning from Neighbourhood Unit to the community of New Urbanism in American society,and uncovers the main differences in ideas and planning patterns between the two models.
